Navigating Perimenopause

Symptoms of perimenopause/menopause include tiredness, low energy, sleep disturbance, low libido, and vaginal dryness. Women struggle with these symptoms for years and often turn to different wellness experts for answers and treatments that don’t address the root cause of the symptoms.
